| Nick decided that he could get through (notoriously wide shoulders and all) – and he did. That pretty much made everyone else try (and get actors through). It was a fun time. We got back home and went out to dinner at this barbeque place that was named after the sumo championship title. Here they brought us slabs of raw meet and grilled it in actors front of us. The first cut we tried was beef tongue. We were directed to squeeze a lemon, then dip the tongue actors into it before eating it. The second was a giant slab of marbled beef and the waiter cut (with scissors) after it was grilled. It was so good. We would dip a piece into the house sauce with garlic and eat it. |
