| The girls improved steadily throughout the weekend and we have high hopes for the rest of the season and zones to come. Jr. Girls have been traveling to Rimbey, Breton and Buck Mountain for league and exhibition games. On Tues. Oct. 25 there will be an exhibition game heart healthy in Whitecourt and Oct. 28th and 29th will see them traveling heart healthy to Rocky Mountain House for a tournament. Nov. 5 is Zones in Morinville and to finish off heart healthy the season, they will be playing in a tournament at St. Anthony’s School on Nov. 12. FMHS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS Junior and Senior boys basketball tryouts will begin on November 2. School Council School Council holds a meeting every second Tuesday of the month. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8 at 7:30 pm in the school conference room. Automotive Department The Automotive Shop would appreciate receiving any old lawnmower engines or other small engines for teaching basic engine fundamentals to the students. |
