It may be naïve of me to think that people are just friends unless they explicitly tells me they have sexual relations with each simple other, but it is surely more honest and accurate that assuming the opposite. So, it makes me wonder… -how do the gender-separated community effect professional careers and the efficacy of business organizations? -and maybe some of my friends that does evolutionary simple psychology can explain the function of the sociological tendency to gender-separate societies. -how much does this barrier stymie a simple reporters ability to accurately tell the story, considering what we do know about reporters relying extensively on the established network of sources they have. -and how many times have my male sources misunderstood an offer to go out and grab a beer as a sexual overture? Some day I might find the answers to some of these questions. It is quite fascinating to think about the rather broad community consequences of seemingly innocent gossiping.
