Our little girl gene took her first steps lastnight…five to be exact!!!!! I’ve never been more proud of her. After all the excitement, I couldn’t help but shed a few tears. My baby isn’t so much a baby anymore! She was standing with her back to the couch and off she went. When she fell into her Daddy’s arms, Chase and I just started clapping and cheering her on!
