| Top Administration officials have frequently pointed out that Saddam did worse things than those of which we are accused. The key words here? INNOCENT. And not all of this is Gitmo-related. It isn't a question of "not as bad as" - it is a question of being "bad" at all. This isn't a question of "attacking the troops" but of attacking behavior which we all acknowledge by the very documents which declare our American beliefs - the Declaration, the Constitution - is wrong. |
